James Baker began his ministry in Brazil at the early age of 16 under the covering of his father.  In full-time ministry for over 35 years, James has planted and pastored two churches in Florida, along with two daughter works.

 
In the summer of 2000, with a desire once again to do mission work in the country where he was raised, LifeChangers International Ministries was birthed. Designed to help train young men and women for ministry, sponsorships to seminars and workshops have been provided by LifeChangers Ministries since that time. 

Being fluent in three languages, he is also blessed to travel and preach the gospel in many different countries.  For the past 17 years, his vision has been one to encourage and restore ministry through genuine fellowship and true brotherhood spirit. 
Out of that vision, came the Acts Christian Network, a ministerial fellowship which was founded in Austin, Texas with a handful of ministers.  James and his wife, Pam, reside in Mesquite, Texas and are Senior Pastors of Peace Church Ministries, a growing, multicultural, and Spirit-filled church.
